Refund Policy

All purchases from the WaffleSMP store are digital goods delivered instantly in-game. Because rewards are consumed immediately, we consider all sales final once the reward has been delivered.

If a reward fails to deliver, or a technical issue prevented you from receiving what you paid for, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right — either by re-delivering the item or issuing a refund via our commerce provider Tebex.

Chargebacks made without contacting us first will result in a permanent ban and revocation of all purchased content on the affected account and any linked accounts.
