Log out and back in to the server. If it still hasn't arrived after 15 minutes, contact us with your Minecraft username and transaction ID.
Can I change the Minecraft username after buying?+
Yes — contact support with your transaction ID and we'll transfer the reward. This can only be done once per purchase.
Are chargebacks OK?+
Chargebacks result in a permanent ban across the network and any purchased content is revoked. Please contact us first — we're happy to help.
